Yes. Serbian nationality law permits multiple citizenship, and the routes most foreigners actually use — descent, the diaspora/ethnic-Serb declaration, and marriage — do not require you to give up your current nationality. You submit a written statement that you consider Serbia your country, not a renunciation.

The catch to watch

Standard naturalisation is the exception.
