What we collect

• Your email — when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Booking details — your name, email and timezone when you book a call.
• Basic technical data — such as IP address and browser type, handled by our host to keep the site secure and fast.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter you asked for (and nothing else).
• To schedule and hold the strategy call you booked.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted providers, each handling data under its own terms: SendFox (newsletter), TidyCal (call bookings), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). We do not sell your data.

Cookies & analytics

Expectat sets no advertising cookies. Tools we embed — such as the booking calendar — may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

Data retention

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and booking data for as long as needed to manage your call and our records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in every email. To exercise any right, email hello@expectat.com.
